The Co-operative are delighted to be the primary sponsor of the Tipping Point Film Fund. The documentary film genre is a powerful tool in informing and engaging the general public and politicians alike on important issues that affect us all. Yet, funding for such projects is difficult to obtain and many important stories remain untold. This is why the Tipping Point Film Fund, which will combine the power of films and campaigning, is so important. Together, we hope to make a real difference.
We are increasingly embracing unorthodox communications channels – such as theatre and film – to generate debate and motivate people to take action and drive change. These media will help The Co-operative connect with its members and the wider public and advance its ethical positions and campaigns.
