Projects selected to date are a combination of Tipping Point Film Fund originated ideas and exciting projects already at a very early stage of development.

These as well as all future projects will be based on essential criteria, including:

• The film’s mission is to challenge and contribute new thinking to current global issues  (eg economic justice, environment, human rights etc.)
• The film-makers can provide evidence that they will deliver a feature documentary for theatrical release of quality, ideally for an international audience
• The film to be campaign-related and interlinked from its inception
• The film-makers appreciate the value of creative and/or campaigning collaboration with TPFF and TPFF partners

TPFF will continue to identify, or originate film projects for support via a selection committee comprised of staff and members with experience in film-making and campaigning.

In the first stage at least, unfortunately we cannot accept speculative/unsolicited projects. This is in part due to TPFF’s inability to respond to large numbers of requests on very limited capacity as well as having selected projects it wishes to support at this first stage.
